Chattigo Terms of Service

This Privacy Policy describes CHATTIGO, CHATTIGO BOT and all the Services provided by CHATTIGO policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of your information when you use CHATTIGO and/or any other Service provided by CHATTIGO (the “Services”). We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy does not apply to information we collect by other means (including offline) or from other sources. Unless Knowledge is made viewable in accordance with your settings on the Services, CHATTIGO and CHATTIGO’s employees will not view your Knowledge except: (i) to maintain, provide or improve the Services; (ii) to help you to resolve your support requests; or (iii) as CHATTIGO believes, in its sole opinion, was necessary to comply with or avoid the violation of applicable law or regulation or to cooperate with law enforcement.

For example, we continuously and regularly back up your data to help prevent data loss and aid in data recovery. We also guard against common web attack vectors, host data in secure data centers, and implement firewalls and access restrictions on our servers to secure our network and better protect your information. No method of electronic transmission of storage is 100% secure, therefore we cannot ensure or warrant the absolute security of any information you transmit or store in the Services. In the event that personal information is compromised as a result of a breach of security, CHATTIGO will promptly notify the people whose personal information has been compromised, in accordance with the notification procedures set forth in this Privacy Policy, or as otherwise required by applicable law. The access to personal data is restricted to those employees, contractors and agents of CHATTIGO who need that data to be disclosed in order to perform their duties, and develop or improve the services.
